Welcome! You've arrived at this page in an attempt to manage the anxiety bubbling up inside of you. You may have spent the better part of your day trying to manage your to-do list and keeping your head above water. You're here today, because you're exhausted. You've become so overwhelmed and drained that you just can't keep going.
Part of you might feel foolish for even thinking about coming to therapy. Your inner voice might be criticizing you for not being able to manage it all. After all, everyone else seems like they have it figured out. You're worried that you might be the only person who feels stuck, unhappy, and depressed.
Well, you're not the only person who feels this way. You are telling the truth about your life and you're seeking a way to use your voice. Through working with me, we will unwrap your story and empower you to write your own ending.
Therapy will support you in strengthening your boundaries, teach you to share your feelings, and assist you with increasing your level of self-care. We will put you back on your to-do list and restore the connection that you have with yourself. This connection, in turn, will add depth to all of the relationships that you hold close to your heart.
